Dr. Clemen Chiang is the Founder and Chief Options Strategist of Freely Pte Ltd.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Freely, Dr. Chiang has built a formidable reputation for his unique trading acumen by establishing Freely as an experiential learning program that explains to students when, how, and more importantly, why to trade options.

Through Freely, Dr. Chiang has taught thousands of self-directed traders around Southeast Asia the art of self-reliant, educated trading. His unique, specialized knowledge of Gapping Analysis – the prediction of massive price movements within a short timeframe through chart patterns and market indicators – is renowned in the industry.

As such, Dr. Chiang is one of the most sought-after speakers in Singapore and has personally instructed thousands of traders including market makers, specialists and money managers through his seminars and focused workshops. Dr. Chiang holds many illustrious appointments with various financial bodies around the world. To date, he is a Fellow of American Academy of Financial Management (FAAFM), Fellow of Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), Fellow of International Professional Managers Association (FPMA), Fellow of Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) and Fellow of Marketing Council Asia (FMCA). He is also a Chartered Marketer and an honored Member of the exclusive Young Entrepreneur's Organization (YEO). In addition, Dr. Chiang was awarded the MFP charter as a Master Financial Professional by the American Academy of Financial Management.

Dr. Chiang graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He received a Master of Business Administration degree conferred by the University of Louisville, Kentucky, US. He has also completed a Ph.D. (Finance) thesis titled "Options Trading as an Income Strategy for Financial Freedom – an Action Research Approach" with Preston University, Alabama, US.
